In partnership with The Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway, we are offering FULLY FUNDED Mental health First Aid Courses across Dumfries and Galloway to support communities and individuals to understand the impact of mental health on everyday lives, work and relationships.
Delivering throughout Dumfries and Galloway allows courses to be more accessible and will help communities become more confident to recognise and deal with mental health issues, resulting in fewer crisis situations.
It’s crucial to understand that mental health is every bit as important as physical health and we want to equip you with the right tools to tackle mental health issues, whether that’s in your personal or professional life.

First Aid for Mental Health
This course is suitable for everyone but has been designed to help employers to provide a positive mental health culture within the workplace and to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common mental health conditions and the skills to be able to act, should a condition be suspected.
