Introduction
Running and building a successful sales team is no easy feat, especially if you’re a founder, a salesperson turned manager, or a manager in the growth phase. This course is designed to help you build a winning sales model for your company by building off of two other prerequisite courses that cover lead generation and the fundamentals of sales.
