PRINCE2 Foundation syllabus (6th Edition)
Throughout this PRINCE2 training course, you will learn key PRINCE2 Principles and concepts relating to projects, including learning from experience, continued business justification and defining job roles and responsibilities.
Understand the PRINCE2 themes (Business Case, Organisation, Quality, Plans, Risk, Change and Progress), and understand how you must apply these themes during each project.
Discover the best ways to follow a project lifecycle from start to finish, using the seven PRINCE2 Processes, which are:
- Starting a project
- Directing a project
- Initiating a project
- Controlling a stage
- Managing product delivery
- Managing stage boundaries

PRINCE2 Foundation Exam Details
In order to receive your PRINCE2 certification, you will need to take a closed-book exam.

Purpose: To ensure that you are capable of acting as an informed member of a Project Management team, using PRINCE2 methodologies.
Exam format – Multiple-choice.
Number of questions – 60.
Duration – 60-mins.
