An Assessor will come out and observe you in the workplace and ask questions about the work you carry out.

Candidates can progress to Varies qualification depending on their job role: L3 Facilities Management , L3 Customer service or HNC Sport & Leisure

This enables candidates in the service industry to gain a recognised qualification

Cost of the qualification is £850 however a Modern Apprenticeship may be available.
