This in-person course is suitable for anyone looking to develop their skills in effective mentoring. Gain a better understanding of the skills necessary to mentor young people or those in the early stages of their careers.
In 5 months, you will complete two modules in: Understanding Mentoring and Developing Mentoring Skills

This online course is suitable for team leaders, supervisors or low level managers who are looking to progress into next level management positions.
Take up to 6 months to complete the three modules in: Understanding how to establish an effective team, Leading effective Meetings and Developing yourself and others

This online course is suitable for team leaders, supervisors or low level managers who are looking to progress into next level management positions.
In 6 months, you will complete three modules in: Understanding training and coaching in the work place, Understanding Communication and Giving briefings and making presentations.
