Funding For Training
There are a number of funding programmes which employers and individuals can access to help pay for training and skills development. Take a look at them below.
Flexible Workforce Development Fund
Benefit from between £5,000 (for SMEs) and £15,000 (for UK Apprenticeship Levy Payers) of Scottish Government funding towards training your staff.
SDS Individual Training Account
Your staff could get up to £200 towards the cost of a training course with an SDS Individual Training Account (ITA).
Innovation Voucher Scheme
Take advantage of between £1,000 and £5,000 in grants to develop workplace processes or develop a new product or service. Note, Innovation Vouchers cannot currently be used to pay for staff training.
Student Funding Options
Your staff may also be eligible for support towards the cost of training through our student funding support schemes.
